Requirements Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Utara Maret 2013:

    Female, max 28 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    Good knowledge of FICO in SAP is a plus
    Solid accounting knowledge
    Analytical, good communication and can do attitude is a must.
    Enjoy working in an environment where learning is constant.
    Responsible, attention to detail, trustworthy, and meticulous
    Minimum Diploma Degree with Accounting major from reputable university, fresh graduate welcome to apply
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

    Assist key/champion user in day to day FICO (Financial & Controlling) module operation.
    Able to make tracking issue using tracking system and follow up both resolved and outstanding issues.
    Able to give new ideas for better SAP operational
    Collaborating with ABAP team & functional team in testing new enhancement or operational issue documentation.
    Able to make journal entries, verify journal & ledger balances, reconcile bank statements, support monthly report, audit procedure, and budgeting
    Maintaining Cash Flow, A/C Receivable and Payable, Bank A/C and Reconciliation.
    Checking purchase documents (invoice, delivery notes)
    Ensure valid bills are passed to Finance Staff for payment.
    Preparing reconciliation for accounts in Payables area, responsible for those accounts.
    Generating reports (Income Summary & Monthly).
    Maintaining Accounting System (receiving & payables module)
