HR Generalist Officer

Lokasi Kerja di : Banten

Responsibilities:

    Provide information, advice and services to user accordingly area of support  / departments relating to one or more HR processes (e.g discussion of career development issues with user, discussion day-to-day employee relations problems in coordination with regional operation manager  etc)
    Proposed employee to attend internal and external training courses, obtain absence clearance from superiors and liaises with course organizers
    Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and procedures
    Provide guidance and advice to user  on the interpretation of policies and guidelines
    Be familiar with changes in the law and/or the external environment affecting the HR area of specialization
    Assist in administration of staff performance systems below management levels
    Provide general administrative service to the human resource department
    Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed

Requirements Lowongan Kerja Banten Maret 2013:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in psychology or human resource management
    Male/ Female Max 35 years old
    At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
