Operations Manager (Construction)

Lokasi Kerja di : Selangor (Malaysia)

Responsibilities:

    Ensure the project management and site supervision are carried out efficiently in terms of use of all resources and effectively in terms of meeting customer requirements.
    Ensure effective communication within the team, with all departments/functions of the Company, with external parties and on activities reporting. 
    Build productive work relationships with client representatives (upstream) and subcontractors (downstream).

Requirements Lowongan Kerja Luar Negeri Januari 2013:

    Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Diploma
    At least 10 years working experience in the related field is required for this position with at least 3 years of managerial experience preferred in a subcontractor environment;
    Self-motivated with strong work ethics;
    Resourceful team player who can work independently;
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Able to speak some Mandarin or Malay (besides English) is advantageous;
    Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred.
