Assistant Store Manager

Lokasi Kerja di : Banjarmasin

Responsibilities:

    Manage and supervise the team to achieve sales target, contribution, and KPI
    Maintain the effective stock management system to maximize sales, profitability and minimize shrinkage
    Lead the team to constently deliver excellent customer service
    Analyze and report the business performance of store
    Lead the meeting every month
    Manage the day-to-day basic operations (Cleanlines, Clarity, Comfort, Control)
    Manage and supervise the team to implementation of operational procedure (SOP)
    Review performance appraisal

Requirements Lowongan Kerja Banjarmasin Januari 2013:

    Male/Female. Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field
    Min 3 year(s) experience working in retail store
    Age between 27 - 35 years old
    Applicant must be willing to work in Banjarmasin
    Possess good customer service, good analytical and drive in achieving sales target
    Able to work with shifting schedule and public holiday/weekend
    Fluent in english is a must (active and passive)
